Went for my first footcare appointment today and was impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. The nurse who did my footcare was experienced and kind. She explained everything that she was doing and gave me some great advice. Have already booked my next two appointments.
Booked over a month in advance, gave my fathers address at time of booking and was given an appointment day and time. On the day of appointment I received a call saying they would be late, half an hour later she called very rude and said she couldn’t make it at all I was absolutely shocked by her tone and no apology.
Shannon was so helpful. I would highly recommend!
