I made 2 purchases from them. They were fairly helpful for both purchases...well helpful, but wrong both times. Now a recording just tells you to call a distributer. That really sucks. Can't even get someone one the line. Well the distributers don't want to deal with a consumer or they can't really help. The first antenna wasn't strong enough, so I had to buy an amplifier. That isn't strong enough either. Now I'm stuck with $200 worth of equipment and no one to tell me how to improve it, so I have to start over with someone ... read more
