Romel will not answer his phone or respond to voicemails or emails and I cancelled our service with Digitech in November 2024 as a result. The reason I cancelled our service was that I couldn't get Romel to respond to any communications requesting additional services for our home. I really question if this is a legitimate business. Since our account was cancelled in November 2024, I've been billed for four months of service we no longer receive. I had to put a stop payment on the account via my bank.
Have had digitech security (Romel) since 1999 and have no complaints. Very professional and knowledgeable.
