Super friendly, super helpful. I had a great experience with Digital Transitions. Highly recommended.
Rude, miserable staff. If they deem a piece of gear too old for their tastes, they essentially refuse to help you out. I’ve experienced this dismissive behavior on two separate calls while tracking down accessories for an older Phase back. I’m done with the inflated egos at Digital Transitions.
