I purchased a DTF printer from this company five months ago, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from day one. The printer arrived with damaged parts. Highly recommend the DTG company. Met the team at the ORL Convention Oct 2026 and they were extremally knowledgeable and transparent. I set up a training with Matt Miller (extremally Professional), THE BEST!!!! He took every minute to ensure we were set up and able to utilize our equipment with our software to be more productive!!
