I first started working with Digital Seattle in 2011 and have only good things to say about that company – their tech support team was exceptional, always available and willing to help. Once DS became ITS, I experienced delayed, vague, and bewildering communication. I had a computer issue, opened a support ticket, received an acknowledgement, heard nothing, followed up, and received an email message that said, “We are no longer your service provider and there is no active agreement in place, we are unable to assist …” Wow.
