If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a headset that I thought was being purchased directly from the manufacturer. It was not, it was actually through Digital River. However, when I tried to contact Digital River for a refund due to receiving the product damaged, their policy does not provide information on who to contact within Digital River for a refund.
