Never call you back. No info. No1 helps it just sends you to voice-mail. Terrible service
Terrible customer service. They lie to you regarding wire transfers. My money was withdrawn from my account and three days later, still no wire transfer. Fishy banking practices, they take you money from your account and must deposit it into their own account to earn interest for three days, then eventually decide to wire the funds. TERRIBLE company to invest in.
