Please don't allow them to fix your iPad. I had a 4th generation iPad where the top screen was cracked and that was all..I dropped my iPad off in February and picked it up end of April. The customer service and handling of my property was less than satisfactory. I was told that a technician dropped my iPad and broke a part that wasn't even broken.
