I would give a ZERO if I could. DONT EVER USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHY BUSINESS!!! IF YOU DO THEN DONT PAY WITH CASH!!! THEY CAME AND TOOK OUR TEAM PHOTOS AND SERINA HANDED THE WOMAN $50 CASH WITH HER FORM AND NOW THEY SAY WE DIDNT PAY!!!! NOW WE DONT GET TO HAVE OUR DAUGHTER’S FRESHMEN SCHOOL SOFTBALL PICTURES!!! THEY EMAIL ME AND THEN I RESPOND TELLING THEM THE CASH WAS HANDED DIRECTLY TO THEM. SUPRISE SUPRISE!!!! NO RESPONSE AND JUST THEY CANCELLED MY DAUGHTERS PICTURES!!! THIS IS ABSURD!!!!

Unprofessional 30 plus minutes to scheduled appointment came to the office personally to schedule it ,to then say" photos were taken already "when they weren't for my mothers birthday shoot. Called several times prior didn't answer went straight to voice-mail left a couple voice mails. So my mother didn't get her photos taken but another woman who also had appointment was taken. Understand everyone's experience is different, but that was rude .
