The owner Andrew was very helpful with everything. Worked with me the whole way through the process, called/returned my calls no problem. really straight foward, it was very fast and reasonable priced work. i would highly recommend digital medics in davison to anyone looking for computer repair. Thanks Guys my laptop works better than ever!!
So very very happy with this place. My boys new computer got messed up on his birthday, took it here and he had it figured out and back to us in a little over 2 hours. I know it was just because he wasn't too busy and could fit us in but I appreciate it so so much. And they didn't charge me a arm and a leg either like geek squad would of. He made a little boys day!! Thank you very much digital meds. You made a new customer for sure.
Not impressed at all and would recommend for others to find a business that cares about their clients. Not only do they not know the Apple products that they are selling (Thunderbolt display to a Cinema display), when I entered the store, there was no COVID shielding and no masks from the employees. Took my computer in was new but not working properly. Got it home still not working right took in back in and he didn't even check it for me. Cost me $70 and no results. Went to a different place they found the problem and fixed it. Not satisfied with service.
