I can't say enough good things about my experience with both DLI's products and services. I purchased their Web Power 7 Switch back in November of 2014. It had been working flawlessly up until about a month ago when it finally gave up the ghost. The firmware basically hiccuped and I was unable to get it to boot back up. All power was loss to all the outlets, and the LCD screen blank. I'll be honest and say that I was expecting to get the run around in trying to get them to honor their 5 year warranty. Terrible support, never reply emails. If your warranty is over, you're on your own, and it breaks a lot, I have 2 broken units they refuse to give support
