I have been a faithful customer of this company since I first discovered it in 2010. Today I found myself scrambling for some printed marketing and was on a time crunch, struggling to get the order to go through and Nicole. H hopped on chat with me and walked me through what the problem was, and then agreed to put a rush on it so I could have it by end of today.I love printing my things from digital lizard!
Unfortunately you guys messed up my order by not cutting it properly. I had sufficient bleed/cut and the cut is completely wonky on each card. And to just put full blame on me I find unacceptable. Not going to use again and will search for a better quality print company.
We're a new customer- I have to say LeAnna was amazing... super kind and informative on placing an order and how the process works. I am excited for a busy, continuing relationship with Digital Lizard for our printing needs.
