In the beginning the process went smooth in transitioning to our new website, after our customers had a hard time navigating the new website the changes and communication between the design team were not up to expectation. I had sent over a few emails and even spoke with Jared a few times with exact changes and a photo of exact pricing, the updates were thrown together, pricing was incorrect on the live website for over 4 days services were added to the website that we didn't even offer.
