Horrible customer service . The 2 employees used to work for B&N and they were awful and now I see them in that store . Will never buy anything from them period .
Came in to look at some speakers. They answered all my questions and were very helpful, they also showed me the smart lighting from control4 and some really great tv's
I came in with a question about Sonos product. Not only did they answer it, they helped me with my Sonos app download and showed me how to set everything up on my phone.
Went in with a question about an older bang&olufsen speaker I own. They were able to get me the help I needed. I also bought a new speaker which I really like
I bought some earbuds here from Jbl, they work great and the employees were very helpful
