I have used the Digital Duchess four times now, and one of those times involved a complicated problem with my Internet hook-up. In a word, she is remarkable. She is prompt and dependable, calm and good humored, and as competent as can be. She is very knowledgeable and a terrific trouble-shooter.
Most comprehensive personal service ever! – I encountered the Digital Duchess team years ago and have used them ever since. I wouldn't dream of trying a new computer service. Hardware, software, they know it all. The duchesses have always had time for my smaller account and I've never felt like I was too small to be taken seriously by them. I cannot recommend the folks at Digital Duchess highly enough. They are tremendous.

Computer problems? Call this company! – Digital Duchess has helped my company with our computer problems, issues, updates, protection needs, etc. for years. Inept – sad to say i was very disappointed with kerry's services. she was late for the scheduled appointment and i had to miss an important meeting while awaiting her arrival. she had an endless number of excuses and was incredibly rude! i had to pay extra for help she had told me earlier would be included - and she left me with numerous other technical issues stemming from the main issue she was supposed to fix during her visit. very unprofessional!

A techie with a Personality!!! – I had an excellent experience with this company! I had been having serious issues with my PC and Kerry arrived llike a gift from the heavens.
