Dropped my phone outside and broke the power button and fingerprint scanner. Couldn't access half of the apps on my phone. Came into CPR Shawnee, within minutes the gentlemen at the store discovered the problem, popped the phone open and readjusted the power button, phone was back to working 100%, and they didn't charge me a cent. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend CPR Shawnee to anyone in the area needing cell phone diagnostics and repair/replacement!

Went in a thought my phone was fried. Zachary was super friendly and mega helpful! He cleaned out my charging port for free and was over all kind answering all my questions. Definitely my phone repair store of choice.
extremely unhappy. overcharged me for an aftermarket screen that broke THE SAME DAY. caused by phone to stop charging and also caused my phone to overheat. had to buy a brand new iphone the damages were so bad. complete waste of money unfortunately.
