Took Samsung Galaxy S 5 in to have charger fixed working phone battery went dead as it quit charging. screen had a crack was working fine. everything on phone was working except the charging... they broke the screen as in unusable now won't light up no back button and home key is no longer connected. was told they will fix button but 189.99 for the screen. and it would be more than a week to get phone back.. there manager told me a craked screen is not a functional so i have to pay. no thank you and. i hope that no one else ... read more

We do apologize for the damage to the home button and for the miscommunication of the delivery time for that home button. We are still prepared to replace that part for you at no cost, of course. Great service and friendly staff. They were able to replace my phone screen in a day and it was cheaper than going to an Apple Store.
Took my daughters iPhone there for a battery replacement yesterday now the power button and home button don't work because they knocked a chip loose while taking out the old battery. Only one person out of however many work there can reattach it. Now I'm at the mercy of one person to get this phone fixed. Not happy. The only reason for the second star is because it's cheaper then going to some apple store getting it fixed and the guys that work there are cool and polite. Very friend staff and gave me such a great deal on my iPhone 6 screen. It was shattered and now it's perfect. Only waited less then a hour.
