There is no customer service, cannot get someone to respond to an email or call me back. Been a customer for many years and no longer need the service so they are making impossible to cancel. Move ahead 3 months still will not let us out of our contract without paying the full amount as listed. Hats off to the sales team for setting up a long, costly, no way out, contract. DCS cares only about them and the money, no customer service, no options just pay us what you agreed. Do not recommend Digital Copy Systems!!
