I needed some documents emailed before a deadline and the service was quick and thoughtful. A woman customer entered and was having a difficult time locating her document. An employee assited her by guiding her through the entire process. The first thing about business is that whenever a perspective customer enters you don't want it to walk out. So I would say that their core values are reflected in their customer service and taking the time in helping the layman consumer.

I have dealt with many printing companies over the year. And after coming to sacto printing I realized I've been way overcharged the last year. You won't find a better price for the service these guys offer. Also they are very friendly and forthright. If I could give them more stars I would.

Sacto printing it used to be a good place for me . When I started my own business this company have done business card invoice banner and shirt for me good prince. But since last year I order some shirts medium and large I pick up the shirts in a box I checked how the shirts come out I checked first on top but not all of the shirts look everything is good.
