I brought a Sony a6700 camera with a Tamron 17-70 lens from this company recently. I called up to see if they were on stock and I talked to Douglas who was incredibly helpful. He was so easy to understand and offered so much advice without once feeling like he was pushing a sale. There was only one lens left in stock and he kept it for me so I didn't miss out . I recently put my name down on the list for the Cannon G7X mark iii, in which the staff who helped me was extremely helpful ! I just received my camera today and I am so happy with the exceptional service I received and how quickly my order was fulfilled.
I have been here a few times for different stuff. Customer service was okay, stocks are not as abundant as I expected (well I guess online business is their major drive). I would expect a bit more range of products but maybe I'm demanding too much.
My experience ordering here was fantastic. Dean from customer service was very helpful and went above and beyond my typical customer support experience. My items also arrived quickly I will be making my purchases from here in the future.
