One star because you can’t give less ! There are plenty of reputable camera stores across Sydney that actually carry the stock they advertise and have knowledgeable staff and do not use false advertising! All of which I have recorded! The other stores do not use false advertising prices as click bait to try and capture customers! I contacted this Sydney store to confirm stock and pricing on a product that they were advertising at a very low price , approximately $200.00 less then some others! I would like to say the service here is fantastic. I recently came in after a Fuji film camera and as a new photographer taking photos for my business I had the idea in my head of what I wanted and Jay Put it all together for me. He worked within our budget and also worked endlessly to get our bonus battery out to us. His attention to detail and customer service was so seamless great bloke and great business. Will definitely return and recommend people.
I first went to CEX in Hurstville with my M50 Mark II (2022). No greeting—just “prices are online.” After a quick look, they offered $308, which was criminally low. No effort, no connection.
