I hired Ted and his crew for service every 2 weeks. The first month went well but May was awful. 1/4 of 1/4 acre of my lot had grass about 6 inchest long. His crew claimed it took an hour to cut the grass and for that I needed to increase frequency to weekly. An hour to cut 1/4 of 1/4 isn't accurate. I won't work with a dishonest firm.
