DigiJump does a great job in providing accurate measurements of my cardio and strength fitness levels. With real-time feedback and wearable technology I was able to see how much force I was exerting per rep as well as pounds lifted. I was even able to track my cardio workout threshold. Great for beginners all the way up to elite athletes looking to fine tune their skills.
