Awful office staff. Picked up, told me to hold and that there was only one person in front of me. Didn't even let me get a word in either just very rudely straight to hold music. Completely forgot about me and never picked back up. I stayed on the line for over half an hour waiting. I had a two second question about what conditions this doctor even treats as I know my condition is not common. I had a wonderful experience at Dr Digiacomo’s office. The entire staff was incredibly nice and polite, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, and the medical staff was professional and caring throughout my visit.
