If you want to buy chat software and get a faulty download link that doesn't work, zero support, unanswered phone messages and emails, then this is the company for you. They take your money and run. Paid $1200 for chat software that could not be installed by professional web developers, and they would not refund my money or offer any technical support whatsoever. They also did not answer emails from the Better Business Bureau they sent them after a formal complaint was filed.
