Critical: Professionalism This one star is for Dr. Bruzzi and him alone. Staff is nice, Dr. V was always attentive and personable. Sadly Dr. Bruzzi himself had been described as “gruff” but I would say rude and arrogant are more like it. Excessive Covid protocols, (calling upon arrival typically line is shrilling busy), entering only if you must and masked, the doctor himself had NO MASK!
