When I say this has been the worst pregnancy experience EVER!!!!! I made an complaint about my baby might've been dropped or something dropped on her(Had knot on her forehead) .. They got upset cause of that allegation I made towards them and banned me from seeing my child.. This is my first child... I was recording the whole situation and proved that the nurse was the aggressor... Everytime I don't come to the hospital my daughter ends up with another knot.. my husband was transported thee Monday night/ tuesday morning. and come home Friday. he was in burn center. this is some of the sweetest professional people I have ever met. everyone from the security front desk to the cleaning lady were wonderful. the nurses ad his doctor were absolutely amazing. thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️

The Staff was friendly, fast, & courteous. I recommend The Med to anyone in pain or need medical attention.

This hospital will literally let you bleed out before helping you with the correct urgency for your medical matter. They will violate your confidentiality with other staff members around the nurse's station in whispers and giggles while you're in need of care. They will ICD code your diagnosis incorrectly and when asked about it or to change it because that's not what's going on with you, they will lie to your face as if they going to change just to get your signature AFTER telling other staff members before entering your ro... read more

You have instituted a policy restricting visitors and this is totally inappropriate. You allow your staff to leave at the end of their shift, but can return. Because of this, there is no protection to the patients hospitalized because your staff may have unknowingly been in contact with someone with the coronavirus. This is a time when patients need support and yet they are left alone. I am now told that you locked the doors to the hospital last night, and my family member had to go to the ED to beg someone to take a package... read more

In the midst of cOvid-19 my daughter test results were lost did not find this out til 6 days later. She suffers from asthma and symptoms are similar to the virus. Meantime she is unable to get treatment needed until results come back. So she is suffering.
