I've used Diggs Haul several times and I have recommend them to all my friends and family. They come on time, handle my belongings with care, and all the employees are super respectful and friendly. The mover Ace is the best and was there at pick up and drop off, always good to see the same people for the duration of the job. I will continue to use them for my moving needs!

I booked and confirmed my move about 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Also, I paid my deposit and talk to someone at the company about 3 days before my move to go over everything. The morning of I talked through the site and confirmed the time they would be at the house and I was confirmed with a time. An hour later (the day of) I get a call on my cell being told that they would have to cancel and they can't make it. They told me they were available to move my bed tomorrow. I never heard back about the specific time they were coming, so I contacted them again and they said they're no longer coming at all. I need to be out of my apartment by Saturday, so now I am totally screwed. And now the person I was in contact with keeps harassing me through text message.
