I will never recommend them to friends or family. We moved cross country and it was a disaster. They were 2 hours late arriving to pick up our stuff. They shattered our glass TV stand in our living room. This was not repaired/replaced because the insurance we bought had a $1000 deductible. I thought that the insurance was for damage in transit, not in my house. This was a minor point. They were 13 days late delivering. We chose them because the salesman promised a short delivery.
