As a first-time customer and millennial plant enthusiast, I stumbled upon Digging Dog Nursery while searching for a hard-to-find perennial, and I’m so glad I did. Not only does their website offer an incredible selection of rare and unusual plants, but the customer service truly blew me away. Digging Dog Nursery is a hidden treasure. Their product is superb, well cared for by and well packaged by their amazing plant wrangling staff. Their customer focused consideration always shines through with appropriate follow-ups regarding plant expectations and handling. And Guess What! their pricing is beyond reasonable for their exceptional selection.
Ordered plants delivered to Colorado. The root systems were incredible- very healthy. Plants thriving right away. Love the plant selection. Highly recommend.
Could not find their hours online drove there while in Fort Bragg, they were closed. Tuesday-Saturday 10-4 for all who may need it. This may be summer hours I am not sure.
I had such a great experience with Digging Dog Nursery. They were able to provide the specialty Dierama I was seeking....8 on-line calls in, I finally found a YES. The items arrived in only 2 days, in excellent condition and appearing quite healthy and happy. So grateful and will definitely be ordering from Diggin Dog again. Many thanks.
