Today is a holiday. I can’t get home to my family because my car is stuck. I need an alignment. You say you do them, but your tire shop is closed. You can still give me a tow. I tell you. Mr. Tire is open. Sketchy, very shady & expensive! The car is already making a noise in the front end where it was repaired. Also, had just had brand new tires put on the front, they were maybe a month or 2 old. I will attach a picture of the front end, and you can see the brand new tires. This picture was taken in their shop. It is approximately 1.5 months later and they have just been used to drive 1/2 hour to work.. and around town, nothing else and they are gone 🤔 the tires look old and the steel belts are showing. This company is towing employee vehicles off the lot they work at.. they are aware these are employees they are towing off said lot... they have improper signs posted per OH DRC Section 4513.601 | Private tow-away zones. It is also 2025 and they only accept cash... just very shady of this company to knowingly tow employee vehicles off a lot they are permitted to park on
