Horrible customer service. Machinery needed to be fixed before we could take it, let allow it wasn’t even the excavator we booked in. Very late to arrive on site. Didn't think he was very welling to accommodate our needs, more the opposite… We waited for a refund that took 24 days… Would not recommend this company at all.
After the recent heavy rains I found the sloped area of my home in Eukey was flooded. It was important to remove this water before it affected the foundations and so I rang Diggermate In Stanthorpe and the operator arrived promptly the next day completing the work quickly and efficiently. I would like to add that it was a confined area to work in but he expertly guided the equipment with the least amount of disruption to the area. I would highly recommend this business for their excellent service.
