10/10 I rang Robbie at 11.30 and had the machine delivered to my doorstep by 12:15. Absolute life saver. Robbie also took the time to familiarise me with the machines functions and controls. Now, the thing that impressed me the most was the fact I felt no judgement. I had operated similar machines, he knew this and he still took the time to explain it to me without me feeling like an idiot. It’s clear safety is a priority and that’s reassuring.
