Picked up a bobcat yesterday and there was an issue with the trailer brakes (my ute's issue). Jay attempted to troubleshoot but when that didn't work, dropped what she was doing and met me, before following me home with the trailer. She was so prompt with pre and post hire messaging, and checking all was well with the machine. I will need another machine in the coming months and will not go anywhere else for the hire. Jay is an asset to DiggerMate, thank you for everything
