Rod and Kathy from Diggermate Sunshine Coast are absolute legends! Super friendly, easy to deal with, and everything was ready to go when I arrived. The machine was in great condition and the whole hire process was smooth from start to finish. Great communication, fair pricing, and genuine people who go above and beyond. Called Diggermate, mid morning Thurs 16th Oct. Left a message on the answering service, regarding a burial plot for an old horse that needed to be put down. Within 20mins Rod called me from his truck and said they had a machine and operator available and would attend the site asap. Received a msg from Rod Fri morning to advise that Jayden and a 2.5t machine would be on site at 7.30am. Jayden was a top young fella who knew exactly what needed to be done.
