I recently had an experience with Diggermate Dinmore that I believe could be improved. Unfortunately, my request for any type of refund was not accommodated, which was disappointing given the extreme circumstances. To summarise, there was no form of identification checked upon the worker picking up the machine which resulted in the machine not being used at all and returned back safely to the hire company after 1 hour of collection. Hired the excavator again. (5th time) Pickup was hasle free again. Digger was awesome, got everything I needed done. Ailsa and Graham are wonderful people and are very professional and friendly! Thanks heaps guy's. I will be back!

Diggermate Mini Excavator taking the hardwork out of dragging branches towards the chipper and rolling tree trunks for easier cutting. Easy to organise and pick and very friendly, highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you to Ailsa and the team!
