Josh was very good to deal with. Had some issues with the machine and he come out and sorted them. He even offered to come back out to finish the job another day if I didn't get it finished. Highly recommend.
We hired Josh to dig post holes for a fence and he was fantastic! Would definitely recommend as he was punctual and professional
Josh was reasonable at first until we hired a tipper that was not roadworthy whatsoever, by the end of the second day it wouldn’t go into gear and I had a full load on the back. He then had the hide to jump on a community page and slag me off saying I damaged his equipment and owed money. CRAZY if I’d of been given equipment that was satisfactory then the incident wouldn’t have taken place. Definitely don’t use them anymore, much better equipment for hire out there and cheaper.
Easy to pickup, friendly and no hassles. Would definitely use again.
Used Diggermate last weekend Josh from burpengary was helpful and the machine was great especially as it had the tilting head I run a fencing company and will defiantly use diggermate again why buy your own and have all the Maintenace and rego just to having it sitting in your yard when not in use dont forget the trailer easier to hire it off Josh have him to drop it off to site and pick it up when your done would recommend to any one in need of an excavator or Kanga
