I hired a small excavator from Omer at Diggermate Broadmeadows. It was a great Kubota machine; very well maintained. Pick up and drop off was also very easy.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! EQUIPMENT HAD PARTS MISSING ! LIGHT WAS BROKEN ! I WAS YELLED AT UPON RETUNING EXCACTOR AND ACCUSED OF LOOSING PINS THAT WERE NEVER THERE TO BEGIN WITH ! AND TO TOP IT OFF THE FOLLOWING WITHOUT MY AOUTHORITY THE CHARGE MY ACCOUNT $469 ! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
Poor Customer service, he got annoyed I wanted to read the rental agreement. Machine operated poorly with a lack of maintenance showing. Accused me of losing pins and attempted to charge me $250 per canopy pin, Hint they were on the machine he just doesn’t know what he’s looking at. Save your time and hassle, go to Kennards, Yarra hills hire or Coates. Don’t bother
