Rod and Kathy run a business that refreshingly is what all customers were used to 20 years ago. Friendly, helpful, informative and always available for the invariable dumb questions us amateur earth workers bombard them with. Customer service was excellent, Machine worked perfectly and they were more than happy to answer any questions i had over the phone (even on the Sunday morning!). Will definitely use them again.
