I purchased a Westbury screen room kit in 2024 from Decks Direct. A local home repair person and I put it together on my second story covered deck. This is achievable, if you have some reasonable construction skills. It looks fantastic/compliments my house, for a fraction of the price of other screen room options. Loved the front deck railings we purchased so much that we purchased them for the back deck! We would recommend them to everyone and have!
Bad place to work for, that's all I'm going to say.
We own a company that installs Westbury railings by Diggers inc. We called them to replace missing parts as it seems every time we order their railings they come with missing parts. Guy I talked to said they don’t do that. If you are looking at Westbury railings know that they won’t stand behind their product. We will take our business to a company that cares about its customers and has a product they stand behind.
