Purchased a gate that has been sagging due to hinges. Installer of gate came out and reset the post and confirmed its hinges. Customer service has been responsive and helpful, but their territory manager is responsible for warranty claims and has not replied to a single email despite three follow-ups over two months.
I purchased a Westbury screen room kit in 2024 from Decks Direct. A local home repair person and I put it together on my second story covered deck. This is achievable, if you have some reasonable construction skills. It looks fantastic/compliments my house, for a fraction of the price of other screen room options.
