The staff doesn't seem qualified to make a follow-up appointment. While speaking with possibly a receptionist named Michelle, I was told repeatedly that I made an appointment in Springboro while I'm looking at my appt card & paperwork that clearly says Clyo. After she spoke with a medical assistant (who I had ask to speak to from the start) she says, oh, it was just a common human error on their part. After that experience, I want nothing to do with EITHER facility!
Been going here for years. Great staff and great docs. Very clean..... They treat you very nice and will do everything to find out ur issues ur having.
