RecommendedI have had a number of colonoscopies since age 50. Doctor Kanan Sharma and the whole crew at the Eleanor Drive facility were beyond excellent today. The prep the day before is always a challenge but the team had well organized guidelines for me and the medications were well presented. RecommendedI've been under care at DSI since December for my IBD. I feel welcome the moment I arrive for my appointments. The front end staff is great. Going through the short check-in and check-out processes are easy, friendly and professional. Dr Verma is an awesome physician and I can't say enough good things about my PA Emily Ankrom and my nurse Kristen. In a perfect world I wouldn't be ill but I am so blessed to have such a caring team looking after me! Thank you!
More transperency in billing. Had a routine screening that is covered 100% by insurance. After the procedure, I learned that they removed a benign polyp - which is not covered by insurance,
