Wonderful customer service experience. Dr. Mohamed Mahmoud is knowledgeable, takes the time to discuss your health plan and goals, and lastly, is sympathetic.

Front Desk was not very friendly, however, Cynthia in the office was fantastic very attentive with lots of empathy for my issue. Spent a lot of time asking me questions and listening to me. It took quite a while to see the doctor. He was very good and again by the time he got to me, he didn’t rush me. We spent a lot of time went over what’s going on and When I left the office, I had Peace of mind, knowing we had a plan
