Staff is very friendly and efficient and excellent at reminders. Going to get colonoscopy soon. Then I will revise.
They sent me a bill for $250 for not cancelling two days ahead...I was trying to cancel a day ahead. This place is money hungry and I'll never refer them to anyone. You'll get screwed some way some how. They're taking advantage of people that are desperate for medical assistance. I seen their response for the other complaints about this and if they weren't so lazy they could just call people two days ahead to confirm and warn them about the psychotic fee they charge. Never again.
This was hands down one of the worst medical experiences I have ever had. I visited the doctor for the first time to discuss my lab results, and unfortunately, the entire experience was completely unprofessional. The visit lasted barely 5 minutes, and I was charged $450 without receiving any actual medical guidance. She didn't even bother to look at my test results or review my case before I walked in, nor did she ask a single question about my health.
