Today, Wednesday, March 11th at 8:00am, I called Dr. Tran, my gastroenterologist to ask to be seen on a walk-in basis since I was literally across the street and have an urgent need. Dr. Tran refused to try to accommodate although her office opens at 8:00am. The office staff that I spoke to was Tiffany and the messages were relayed through her. Most ridiculous excuse for a health care specialist
***PATIENTS BEWARE*** If you are considering seeing Dr. Tran, only do so if you want an endoscopy, colonoscopy, and biopsies. The “insurance handling”, scheduling, and actual procedure(s) will be very efficiently handled. [This is mainly due to the massive PROFITABILITY that Dr. Tran partakes in because “oddly” Dr. Tran puts in pre-authorizations for these procedures ASSIGNING herself as the surgeon.
