THIS PRACTICE IS UNETHICALLY RUN!! My husband was sent for a colonoscopy by our primary care physician. This clinic gave us the run around from the beginning. We specifically requested an appointment in Newnan, not only because it's closer, but because the Piedmont Fayetteve hospital has a bad reputation. The doctor they chose to schedule us with changed his schedule and instead of asking they just moved our appointment to Fayetteville. They do not see you for your appointment on time .
I have had most of all of the Dr's see me in the hospital at Fayette Piedmont. I started with Dr Woods and have Dr Patel now. He has seriously saved my life on a couple of occasions. He will come sit with me after surgery in my room if I'm an impatient. Very knowledgeable and one of the only Dr's I trust. Dr Norris and Rudolph have done procedures as well. I am typically at Fayette but would follow Dr. Patel wherever he is at.
This place is the worst. I have nothing but problems for 2 years dr Norris is the absolute worst. Even the pharmacy I go has nothing but problems from them. Then to top it off they literally forgot about my son sitting in the room. Then tried to cover it up. THE ABSOLUTE WORST FAYETTE AND NEWNAN. I have to give 1 star to post but believe me it deserves NO STARS
There is no way to schedule an appointment as a first time patient being referred here by my doctor. The phone prompts do not have an option for first time patients and all attempts to talk to someone were met with voicemail.
