My son’s initial appointment was made for 2/18 with Dr Saligram, the office called and needed to reschedule appt -to Dr Vergilio 2/27. I and my son who is on Autism spectrum arrived early but rushed by front desk , for check in . Took us to exam room and before nurse did anything the doctor came in. He seemed to rush through things, He spent 10 minutes-no more than 15 min. I was seen by Katrina Campion, NP. She was extremely thorough, professional and determined to provide a diagnosis for my condition, explaining the tests and possible causes. I would highly recommend her to others.

I recently switched to Medicare with supplemental insurance and was told they couldn't cover me because I was out of network. Whatever Medicare didn't pay I would have to. Even with a rep from my supplemental on the phone saying I was covered they still were adamant that I would have to pay extra for my check up. After 15 years I'm sorry to say I have to leave the practice.

I have had an endoscopy at another surgery unit and my experience was very different from what I experienced here. The woman at the desk getting the paperwork done was pleasant. The wait was not very long and the nurse who took my info was very sweet. I was then placed in what I would describe as a hallway of sorts. I was left there for about 10 or 15 mins. Nurses walked by but no one cked to see if I was comfortable. I was brought into the surgery room...oxygen placed in my nose and left there alone for about 15 mins. A you... read more

The front desk is very rude with patient. I was told to hurry up and give a response because the person I was speaking to was busy. I work with customers if I ever answered the phone and told them to hurry because I was busy I would be fired. Me being busy does not concern my customer.
