Please make sure you plan to stay later than expected. They definitely overbooked/ over schedule appointments:( I arrived to compete paper paperwork at 9:45am. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. I wasn’t seen until 11:20 appx. The staff was friendly but the wait time is very very long which may inconvenience people if you don’t plan accordingly.

Horrible organization. Not professional at all. Set up a Telehealth app, never got a call. I had to call 30 mins later just to make sure I was getting a call they said yes I was next. 1 hour and a half later nothing. Called back and they said I missed my app. How? nurse will call me back. 3 hours later no phone call. I had to call again and the manager said the doc called my second number. I found this practice to have staff that were cold, uncaring and unsympathetic. They are in a hurry and didn't take patient needs and comfort in to consideration. From office staff to doctors these behavior and attitude ocurred. This office culture seems to be pervasive. Doctors insisted on doing 2 separate procedures despite other problems that affected anesthesia usage. Even hospital staff agreed with my assessment. Doctors were not happy with having to do.procedures in a hospital instead of their own center.

Got in on time for both appointments I had and both Doctors I saw were great. Dr. Greaves sped me right through and I felt better that afternoon.
