Dr. Donner and the staff at WAGI helped get to the bottom of my problems. Dr. Donner and the staff made me entirely comfortable annd explained to the procedure, and answered all of my questions. I really appreciate their attention to detail and ability to put me at ease. The nurse even told a funny story that lightened up the mood. Dr. Donner went above and beyond when he called me to report my results during his day off.
Extremely disappointed. My PCP referred me to them for a colonoscopy and endoscopy together. Never met the doctor before or after the procedure. Pre-procedure visit was with the PA. Post procedure visit was also with the PA. What was most annoying was the fact that they did not have any availability even with the PA for 3 months after the procedure.
