The doctor demonstrated great professionalism and provided the assistance I needed. Her explanations were clear, thorough, and easy to understand. She was exceptionally kind, and I highly recommend her services
First and foremost, everyone in the clinic is top notch and very professional. My problem is with their appointment scheduling process. Once you get through the automated answering service you are put on hold awaiting a live person. My wait seemed like about three minutes. A male, presumably from India, finally answered and after taking much off my personal information told me he would pass it to their scheduling section and I should await a return call.
