Office staff pleasant but prone to clerical errors that are costly to the patient. They do apologize but don't expect to be reimbursed for their error, it's against office policy. Don't expect an explanation from the doctor either; I never received the courtesy of a reply from my registered letter. I am no longer a client, can't afford to pay for their errors.
